| All ways a win at Victor. The proper inflation pressure for my tires was not on the door jam, in the manual, or anywhere else. I called my tire mfg requesting the proper inflation pressure for my tires and was told to call the vehicle mfg. Just what I want to do, spend an hour with a phonebot, listening to elevator music, and being thanked every ten seconds for waiting, till I talk to a human. I called Victor where I regularly get my service done and spoke to Kyle at the service desk. Kyle took the time to research it and gave me the correct pressure. I made an appointment with Kyle for an oil change and service. Kyle informed me the vehicle mfg advised full synthetic oil and gave me the price of the service. Service done promptly, and professionally, I was out and paid just under the estimate. |

| I recently bought an SUV out of state. I spoke with Tyler several times before going forward and both Tyler and Kyle in the middle of the deal three hours from home. When I returned I had the shop at Victor's go through the vehicle with s fine tooth comb at an incredibly reasonable price. As the inspection proved, the dealer I purchased from ran an honest shop and I had gotten everything I was promised. I purchased two other vehicles in the past and had Victor's inspect them before I signed on the dotted line. Prevents total disasters and gives you leverage in the deal if you choose to go forward knowing an estimated cost of repairs if needed. No choice here. Victor's did their best for me even though I was three hours away. |
